1. ACCEPTANCE

By accessing smartrewardplatform.com («The Smart Playroom» or the «Platform»), creating an account, or playing any game, you agree to these Terms of Service («Terms»). If you disagree, do not use the Platform.

2. OPERATOR

The Platform is operated by M3 Marketing Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, with registered office at 61-63 Saint Peters Street, Bedford MK40 2PR, United Kingdom. Contact: [email protected].

3. ELIGIBILITY

You must be 18 years of age or older to register or use The Smart Playroom. By registering, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where free social casino gaming is lawfully permitted.

4. NATURE OF PLATFORM — NOT GAMBLING

The Smart Playroom is a free social casino for entertainment purposes only. It is NOT gambling under the Gambling Act 2005 (UK). Specifically:

  1. (a) No real money or money's worth is required, accepted, or staked to play any game
  2. (b) No real money or anything having monetary value is awarded as a prize
  3. (c) Smart Coins — the Platform's virtual currency — are not money or money's worth within the meaning of Section 235 of the Gambling Act 2005
  4. (d) M3 Marketing Limited does not hold, and is not required to hold, an operating licence from the Gambling Commission

5. SMART COINS — VIRTUAL CURRENCY

Smart Coins (🧩) are The Smart Playroom's virtual points system. Smart Coins: (a) have no monetary or financial value; (b) cannot be exchanged for real money, cryptocurrency, gift cards, or any goods or services of real-world value; (c) cannot be transferred between user accounts; (d) cannot be purchased with real money under any circumstances; (e) are earned through gameplay and Smart Challenge Board completion only. M3 Marketing Limited reserves the right to modify or discontinue Smart Coins at any time.

6. SMART CHALLENGE BOARD

The Smart Challenge Board is a free weekly progression feature. Challenge completion rewards (Smart Coins and Trophy Badges) are virtual items with no monetary value. Completion of the Smart Challenge Board does not constitute winning a prize of money or money's worth. Smart Pass subscribers receive a cosmetic ×1.2 speed advantage only — this does not affect Smart Coins earnings.

7. SMART PASS SUBSCRIPTION

Smart Pass is a cosmetic subscription at £2.99 per month inclusive of UK VAT at 20%. It provides cosmetic features only — Room themes, Prof. Smart animations — and confers zero competitive gameplay advantage. You may cancel at any time via Settings → Subscription; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, provided digital content has not been accessed.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Platform — including game mechanics, Smart Challenge Board design, Playroom Slots Room designs, Puzzle Wheel, Battle Table, Prof. Smart character, and all text and graphics — is owned by M3 Marketing Limited or its licensors and is protected by UK copyright law (Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988). The Smart Playroom is an independent social casino platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any third-party game developer or their intellectual property.

9. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree not to: (a) use bots or automated tools; (b) create multiple accounts; (c) exploit bugs or vulnerabilities; (d) harass other users; (e) attempt to assign monetary value to Smart Coins or trade them for real money; (f) make false claims about affiliation between The Smart Playroom and any third-party game developer.

10. CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, or any other applicable UK consumer protection law.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
